To enable to Soulbind Skip, you must join a new Covenant and either complete or choose to skip Chapter 1 of the 9.0 Covenant Campaign. Instead of the Covenant Storyline skip, there is now a Soulbind skip, which means that for as long as you have completed the Covenant Storyline for that Covenant at least once on your account, you will be able to obtain all three available Soulbinds for that Covenant! The ability to progress past Chapter 3 of the 9.1 Covenant Storyline.The Campaign transmog sets that are received after completing certain chapters.

Not being able to skip the full 9.0 Covenant Campaign in Patch 9.1.5 only locks your characters out of the following: Disclaimer: You're still able to skip Chapters 1 and 2 of 9.0 to start Korthia and 9.1 content.
